Nowadays, International Phonetic Symbols are widely adopted in the world, and it is the important tools for learning and exploring languages. Hence, grasping the knowledge of IPS in learning English, especially pronunciation, is very important.

2.    Why must one learn "International Phonetic Symbols"?
English is the international communication language, while English is not an official language in many countries; it is currently the language most often taught as a second language around the world.
